They also wrote this little description for the drawing:

"Detention is a three hour study time to do homework in the library from 2-5. But Orihime was unlucky with the new after hours teacher.  Now she finds herself bound and gagged with her orange gym panties shoved in her mouth.  It wouldn't have been so bad if not for the fact this new female teacher is not only a pervert, but has short term memory loss and forgets things from time to time. This time, she forgot that Orihime was in detention, bound and gagged in a back room of the library.  

The poor girl is left screaming through her dirty panties well after 5pm when the teacher left.  Not to mention the teacher forgot to put her skirt back on after the crotch rope. Come 9 pm, the cool night breeze whistled through the school and made her hairs stand up.  The ropes were tighter than they were hours ago considering every futile attempt to struggle just made the ropes around her chest, hands, and crotch tighter, as they were connected together."
